Superstock Food Services founding Director is a Dairy food technologist and qualified as a cheese maker in 1972 giving us detailed knowledge of International and Australian specialty cheeses that we stock be it Danish Blue from Denmark, Gorgonzola from Italy, Truffle Cheese from the UK or the well-respected King Island and South Cape range from Tasmania. We are also proud to be stocking WA fetta, haloumi and ricotta from local farms.
