Does Superstock Food Services have a delivery charge?

No – Superstock Food Services will deliver free of charge throughout our extensive delivery area (North to Jurien Bay, East to Northam Region, Perth metro, Rockingham & Mandurah) including free delivery to country transport company depots located in the Perth area. A minimum order of $200 applies.

Can I collect from Superstock Food Services warehouses?

Yes – There is no minimum order for collection.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed by phone, fax, email, online, and smart phone app., 24 hours per day, 7 days per week however there is a 5.00pm cut off time for next business day.

How do I order online?

Contact Superstock’s customer service dept. who will issue your business with a password to the online ordering portal.
Please note you must have an account with Superstock to be able to order through the online ordering portal.

How do I order with the smart phone App?

Goto the Apple or Android App store and search “Superstock Food Services”. You will find a free App to download.
Register through the App and you will be able to begin ordering once you receive the confirmation email.

How can I pay for my order?

Superstock accepts – EFT, Mastercard*, Visa*, company cheque, and cash. (*Surcharges may apply).
